We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Bristol headquarters.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracked service with delivery notifications
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations not served by our carriers (DHL/FedEx/EMS).

Our Returns Promise

We stand behind our extended-size apparel with a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality stitching in our garments.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on vests unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped. All other items (long sleeve tops, polo shirts, printed t-shirts, short sleeve t-shirts) are eligible for returns.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our fit specialists at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (please specify size if exchanging)

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in their original condition with tags attached
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Securely seal the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

International Returns Note: For our global customers (excluding remote areas not served by DHL/FedEx/EMS):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 2 business days of approval

Refund Amounts

You’ll receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping fees. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement.
