At Urban Fitwear Sales, we understand that big & tall gentlemen deserve clothing that fits perfectly. While we strive to provide premium fit and quality in every long sleeve top, polo shirt, and t-shirt we craft, we know that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed.
Our Returns Promise
We stand behind our extended-size apparel with a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality stitching in our garments.
Important Note
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on vests unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped. All other items in our collection (long sleeve tops, polo shirts, printed t-shirts, short sleeve t-shirts) are eligible for returns.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our fit specialists at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (please specify size if exchanging)
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved:
- Repackage items in their original condition with tags attached
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Securely seal the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 2 business days of approval
Refund Amounts
You’ll receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping fees. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item.

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding remote areas not served by DHL/FedEx/EMS):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Faulty or Incorrect Items
